Close to Frankfurt (15 min by car), Wiesbaden has the second largest gross domestic product per inhabitant in the state of Hesse, after Frankfurt, making it one of the richest cities in Germany.
Two buildings are fully-let by Otto Harrassowitz, a book publisher for academic and research libraries, historically established in Wiesbaden since World War II. The third building hosts multiple tenants: the first floor is let by the sales division of Drägerwerk, a family-run DAX-listed enterprise selling medical and safety technology; while the upper floors are rented by a non-profit organization offering professional trainings.
